Annual Christmas Parade set for December 6

Theme: Deck the Halls

Nashville, Ga.— The annual Christmas Parade, which is organized by the Berrien County Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for Thursday, December 6 beginning at 7 p.m.  The theme for this year’s parade is “Deck the Halls”.  Line up for the parade will begin at 5:00 p.m. at Middle School Circle.  To ensure the safety of the spectators as well as the participants several new rules will be enforced for this year’s parade.  Also, each parade entry must register with the Chamber of Commerce by November 29 including a $10 entry fee.

“The new rules and registration is simply a way to better organize the parade as well as ensure the safety of the participants and spectators,” said Crissy Staley, executive director, Berrien County Chamber of Commerce.  “It is important to note, the entry fee money collected from the parade will be used to purchase Christmas gifts for a local family, which the Chamber adopted on behalf of its membership.”
