 Berrien County is a rural community providing state of the art healthcare. Berrien County Hospital located in Nashville, is a full service 63-bed acute care facility dedicated to giving you and your family the most important possession you have, good health. The hospital houses an extensive physical therapy department including a certified team housed in the hospital. In 1998, the Berrien County Hospital added a special care unit, which includes four new private rooms and updated cardiac monitoring equipment. The hospital also operates a 24 hour fully staffed emergency room.  Berrien County Hospital shares its resources with a 108-bed nursing home center located adjacent to the hospital. The center offers personal care for the elderly and disabled.Berrien County completes all healthcare needs with Georgia Home Health, proving home health services and medical supplies to the area. The Berrien County Health Department is staffed by two full time registered nurses and is open five days a week to serve the residents of Berrien County.
